Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use and access of our website, including the purchasing of goods through the website. By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not use, access or purchase anything from our website.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Express post within 3-5 days of your order being accepted by us and may take 1-5 days delivery depending on your location.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
Once sent the tracking number will be sent to you via the email provided during your purchase.
We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by the delay in delivery by the postal service.
Cancellation
All orders purchased online will be processed and accepted by Selig Jewellers. If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, you must notify us by phone or email before the item has been shipped to you. On cancellation the money will be refunded to the same account used to purchase the item.
Returns
We strive to provide the best quality service and products to you with every purchase. However, in the event where you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the item does not meet the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your cost. Returned items can be exchanged, credited or refunded following these conditions:
- The purchased item is returned within 14 days of delivery. And you have notified us of your reason for return via email.
- The item/s are in the same condition as they were sent to you. This includes being unworn and undamaged.
- All certificates and original packaging must be returned with the item.
- All items are subject to inspection by Selig Jewellers to ensure the item has not been damaged in anyway before processing a refund or exchange.
Pre-loved items and special orders will not be accepted for returns unless they are faulty or of an unacceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty
In addition to your customer guarantees, all goods purchased from us come with a 12-month limited warranty. This warranty begins from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects or faults in the quality of the item from manufacturing.
This warranty excludes.
- Ordinary wear and tear of general use.
- Any damage caused by misuse or neglect of the item.
- Any modifications made to the item or repair done by another Jeweller or manufacturer.
- The loss of an item or loss of stones set within the item are not included in the warranty unless there are signs of a fault or defects in the quality.
Where there is a fault in the item, and it is under warranty you may return the item to our store at your cost, following our returns policy. We hold the right to assess the defects and decide whether a repair, replacement or exchange of the item is appropriate.
Product Images, Description and Availability
We take reasonable care to ensure the images on our website correctly represent the actual product as accurately as possible. However, the colour and size of the photographed images may appear slightly different to the actual product when viewing the website due to the photographing process.
We take reasonable care to ensure the descriptions of the items are correct. However, where there is incorrect wording, prices, spelling, or numbers we reserve the right to update and change these incorrections in a timely manner. We will notify you of any changes relevant to any item you have purchased.
We take reasonable care to ensure the availability of each item is correctly displayed on our website. However, where an item you have purchased is no longer available, we will notify you and refund the purchased price to your designated account.

All content on this website including images, texts, logos, photographs, and written content is owned or created by us, or licensed by affiliate companies. You are not permitted to use, copy, modify, disburse, distribute or publish this content in any way unless authorised by us. This content is protected by copyright laws.
